About Wine Night In
It all started over a bottle of the good stuff…
One night in a restaurant, our Founder Jonny asked a friend why they chose a particular bottle of wine from the menu.
Their answer?
“I always go for the third one from the top. It’s a bit pricier than the first two, so I don’t look cheap.”
Another evening, he was talking to his aunt about she hated Chardonnay. This was while she happily sipped on a glass of Champagne, which is mostly made from Chardonnay!
It was these moments that made something click for Jonny…
Wine shouldn’t be confusing or intimidating. It should be fun! It should bring people together. And it should taste great too.
That’s how Wine Night In began. From a shared mission to help people learn more about the wines they actually love and understand why they love them. All in a social setting that doesn’t feel like you’re at a lecture.
We’re not here to turn you into a sommelier. We’re here to make wine feel easy, enjoyable and a little less mysterious.
So, whether you’re choosing a bottle in a restaurant or wandering through your local wine shop, we want you to feel confident, curious and completely at ease.
